AURATE’s online storefront manages thousands of SKUs, complex product variants and a global inventory model. The objectives were clear: ensure accurate product data, synchronize inventory reliably, improve search visibility, fix technical errors that block crawlers, and create workflows that support fast, safe updates at scale. Ultimately, the platform needed to be reliable for global customers and flexible for rapid catalogue updates.
Our Approach
Product Uploads with Meta-Fields
We restructured and uploaded AURATE’s catalog with detailed meta-fields for every SKU. Meta information — including material, collection, attributes and structured tags — was applied consistently to improve product discovery and SEO indexation.
SKU Mapping & Inventory Integration
We integrated AURATE’s Shopify catalog with their inventory management tool and mapped SKUs to ensure real-time synchronization of stock levels and variant availability. This reduced order errors and supported reliable global fulfillment.
On-Page SEO & Technical Fixes
A complete technical audit identified broken links, internal 404s and metadata gaps. We fixed these issues, optimized title tags and meta descriptions where needed, and improved site structure so pages are more crawlable and user friendly.
Bulk Data Modification Using Meta-Fields
To maintain consistent product information at scale, we implemented bulk update processes using meta-fields. This enabled rapid, accurate changes to descriptions, tags and attributes without manual errors, accelerating marketing and merchandising workflows.
Monthly Maintenance & Monitoring
